Using my research in my current practice.. At this moment I am only a couple of weeks off deadline day. Part of me feels organised and the other like there isn't enough hours in the day! However I am feeling much more relaxed after my last one to one with Sam and probably like most others I was putting a boundless amount of pressure and stress onto myself.  In one of my areas of learning I talk about neurodivergence and how it can affect a child's self confidence. Recently I have been reading many theories and literatures about neurodivergence and why it causes a lack of confidence, mainly in children with ADHD and Autism.  Yesterday I was teaching in a primary school where in one of my classes I had a child who is Autistic and some parts of the lesson got too much for him. I found it enlightening that I was able to understand on a different level to I normally would of been able to as to why he found it too much and what tiny changes I could make to hopefully prevent him...
